Terms of Advisory Engagement

All strategic frameworks, operational playbooks, and go-to-market architectures deployed during the engagement remain protected under professional advisory standards. Client organizations retain full ownership of proprietary operational data while MF Consulting LLC retains rights to baseline advisory methodologies.

Engagements are executed on a retainer or fixed-project milestone basis as outlined in individual statements of work. Liability is strictly limited to total fees remitted under the active advisory agreement, ensuring absolute commercial alignment and risk mitigation.
